Chicken is the star of this salad, and we love its crunchy, juicy texture, but it’s also a perfect accompaniment to any dish.

Here are the ingredients to make this delicious Asian Chicken salad: Chinese chicken – 1 large chicken (or pork), cut into thin strips 1 tbsp of sesame oil 2 tbsp sesame seeds 1 large yellow onion, chopped 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tbsp red pepper flakes 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely sliced (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Ingredients for Asian Chicken SALAD: 1 tbsp sherry vinegar (or white vinegar) 2 tbsp lemon juice (or orange juice) 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp rice vinegar (sodium lauryl sulfate) 1 cup rice vinegar 1/2 cup water (or chicken stock) 1/4 cup rice flour 1/3 cup water 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup) Directions: Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.

In a large bowl, combine sherry and lemon juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, and honey.

Add chicken to the bowl and toss until it is well coated.

Transfer to a large plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to a day.

After it has chilled for a while, remove the chicken to a small bowl and shred with a fork.

Chop the onion, bell pepper and garlic and set aside.

In the same bowl, place the sesame and yellow onions.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

In another bowl, whisk together rice vinegar and water.

I’m a huge fan of Chinese chicken salads and this recipe is one of my favourites.

I’ve been making it for years and it’s still one of the most popular salads around.

If you have a few friends over, or are craving a quick meal on the go, then this is a great salad to have around the house.
