How to make Asian ladyboy noodle soup

Asian ladyboys are a staple of American Asian food.

A good version will be a mix of soy sauce, sesame oil, and chile powder, and will be cooked in a soup pot.

To make it easy to prepare, we’re sharing our Asian lady boy soup recipe below.

Ingredients 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 3 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons chicken stock 2 teaspoons fish sauce 3 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1 tablespoon water 1/3 cup vegetable stock 1 tablespoon cornstarch Instructions In a saucepan over medium heat, add soy sauce and sesame seeds.

Bring to a boil and cook until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Stir in vinegar, rice vinegar, and chicken stock.

Let cool to room temperature.

Pour into a small pot and cover with water.

Add fish sauce, chili powder, ginger, chili flakes, and white pepper.

Stir until well blended.

Taste and add more salt and pepper.

Pour mixture into a large pot.

Bring water to boil and bring to a simmer.

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Pour remaining vegetable stock into soup pot and bring the soup to a full boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer until soup is thickened, about 10 minutes.

Taste for seasoning and add additional salt and fresh pepper.

Serve hot.
